On many occasions I have had the joy of photographing precious little children on the beach in Laguna California. Babies are quite frankly unpredictable except that they will usually be pretty darn cute. Any experienced professional photographer knows that the key to capturing the cute is patience. On this day I simply had the mom behind me moving about getting the little ones attention while I placed myself in the perfect position to capture the moment. What resulted was a portrait that will be treasured for life. I am so fortunate to have a career that rewards others as well as myself. People often ask me what is a good age to photograph babies on the beach. My experience has taught me to be open from about 4 months on.
